The work
Floors fail from underneath, so we start below the surface. Where a room needs it, that can mean an interior strip-out: mold cut back and framing exposed, ready to rebuild. On top goes your choice of LVP, laminate, hardwood or tile, finished with transitions, quarter round and shoe molding.

We check the subfloor, fix joists and squeaks, and roll proper underlayment. Then we run plank so the seams fall where you don't look.
