The work
Candido leads the crew that handles outside work, including decks and the steps that go with them. The aim is a deck built to local code and inspected, not one that is just screwed together. Full details on the service line are on our Decks & Exteriors page.
On the job
Before work begins, every step is written out in plain language, in the order we'll do it, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If something hidden turns up once work is under way, you hear about it before anyone spends your money.
When something needs fixing, it gets diagnosed, repaired and made safe, and the reason is explained before we leave. We have also cleaned up after another contractor rather than argue about it.
How it starts
You reach Gianna or Mark — a person, not a machine — seven days a week, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Usually within a day or two. We look at the whole picture, not just the part that's broken.
Scope, materials and steps in writing. No verbal guesses, no surprise add-ons mid-job.
One crew, protected floors, daily sweep-up, and updates as we go until you sign off.
Mark, Gianna, Doug and Candido show up on time, quote the job in writing, and leave your place cleaner than they found it. Mark has even driven out on a Sunday to measure and quote in the same visit.
Decks & Exteriors
People in Willards often ask who handles deck repair or deck building in town. Willards, MD sits inside the service area Interior Image MD has confirmed for decking, so we can take that call.
Two other questions come up from Willards homeowners: what a new deck costs, and which decking material to choose. Instead, the job is measured and quoted on one visit, and the written estimate lays out the scope, the materials and the steps, so you can weigh the material and the cost for your own deck before you commit.
